Cathy Shilton brings more than 30 years of marketing communications experience in all media to the table. As a Senior Writer and Creative Director for number of agencies, including DOGBONE Brand, Hellin Marketing Group, and Grey Direct she has played an ongoing role in successful campaigns for Dixie Outlet Mall, Hazelton Lanes, Holt Renfrew, Yorkdale, TD Bank, Scotiabank, Bell Mobility, Buick, Pfizer, Soakwash, and more. Her passion for the art of writing fuels her talent and reveals itself in everything she creates.
Recognized as the 2006 “Young Blood” Up-and-Coming Talent, Jessie can also claim fame to the Applied Arts Magazine 2005 Digital Media Award for her design of “axyz” website. Her creative work extends to motion graphics for Departures (on OLN and City TV), flash website for 2008 Juno Winner, MSN/Sympaticos, flash website for Toronto Film Festival Best Canadian Film winner “AMAL”, styling and creative direction for fashion shoots and design and packaging for several independent films, music videos, events, and awards galas. Jessie brings great strength in concept and style development, branding, and creative direction.
Karen Finley has over 15 years experience as a Creative Director. Her degree from the Ontario College of Art has been integral in delivering breakthrough creative, unique to every project. Her education at The University of Western Ontario plays a key role in developing creative campaigns that meet strategic objectives. Karen has called on these talents to succeed in the role of Creative Director for a variety of brands including Scotiabank International, Mercedes Benz, Mazda, Longos, Pharmasave, Dixie Outlet Mall. Karen’s fresh approach to creative has been instrumental in DOGBONE achieving several award winning campaigns for its clients.

Gail Taylor brings more than 30 years of marketing communications experience in all media to the table. As Director of Client Services, Gail Taylor will be directly involved in all facets of the project, including serving as the client liaison, key campaign strategist, and lead on production management. Gail has earned her distinction as one of Canada’s foremost experts in retail marketing and has championed award winning multi-media marketing campaigns for some of Canada’s most prestigious developers and shopping centre owners. Gail also takes tremendous pride her commitment to pro-bono work by sharing her time and expertise with several community organizations such as the Etobicoke Youth Band.
